As a Latina, female, and LGBTQ+ professional, Luz brings lived experience to every engagement, bridging perspectives not always heard at traditional consulting tables. Her journey began in HR, leading teams through moments of both conflict and celebration across San Diego's diverse business landscape. Luz's expertise includes certification as a Mediator, Human Rights Educator, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Leader, equipping her to facilitate brave conversations and build practical strategies for positive change.
Luz believes that change happens when people feel respected and understood, and she carries this belief into every client relationship.
